Pr         PRE-DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
P          Planning/Design:
            HCI will coordinate and manage the following project disciplines:                 

• Architectural Design, Civil and Structural Engineering 
• MEP Engineers & Designers
• General Contractor and Sub-trades
• All necessary working documents for City & Public submittals
• Interior design and product specifications
• Structural design analysis
• Oversee bidding and contracts process

Budget & Schedule:

•  Prepare budgets and financial analysis
•  Prepare pre-development  and construction schedules
•  Coordinate schedules with owners and project professionals

Government Relations, Plan Check and Permits:   

• Act as owners representative for all City & Public required meetings
• Manage all aspects of City/Public agency plan submittals
• Manage all aspects of City/Public permit processing
